Our catalogue covers almost the entire statutory agenda of a company: BOZP (including working from home), fire protection and the fire patrol, reference and professional drivers, the operation of reserved technical equipment (cranes, platforms, load slinging, gates, pressure cylinders and vessels), construction machinery, motor trucks, work at heights, scaffolders, the handling of chemical substances including diisocyanates, an instructed person under § 20 of Decree No. 508/2009 Coll., first aid, food hygiene, the biological factor, civil protection, GDPR and cybersecurity. For the operation of machinery and reserved technical equipment, the online form covers theoretical and refresher preparation; an initial licence card requiring a practical part we provide in person.

We offer the key courses in five languages – Slovak, English, Ukrainian, Russian and Hungarian. Thanks to this, you can train foreign employees in their native language too, which increases both the clarity and the demonstrability of the familiarisation.

Yes. In § 7, Act No. 124/2006 Coll. requires the employer to familiarise employees clearly and demonstrably, but it does not prescribe a specific form of familiarisation. Online training with a test and a record of completion is therefore a fully valid and demonstrable form – the portal issues a certificate with which the company proves the obligation has been met.

Yes. After successfully completing the test, the employee automatically obtains a certificate (confirmation of completion of the training). It is a document proving that a statutory obligation has been met, ready to be presented at a labour inspectorate inspection.

Yes. The certificate and the record of completion of the training with a test are demonstrable proof that the employee was familiarised. At an inspection by the labour inspectorate or another supervisory authority, the company uses it to prove that it has met its statutory obligation.

The employee logs into the learning portal, studies the course, takes a test and, after passing it, receives a certificate. The results are in one place, so the company has an overview of who has completed the training.

Yes. The courses are accessible on a mobile phone and a computer, so employees can train whenever and wherever they like, without installation and without interrupting operations.

Yes. We track when employees need to be retrained and we arrange the refresher training. You do not have to keep an eye on the deadlines – we alert you to the repeat and prepare the training.

Mainly for companies and their employees. It suits companies with multiple operations, shift work, foreign workers, or those who want to train a larger number of people at once without convening in-person sessions.

When rolling out, you just need to tell us which employees need which language and what positions they hold. We assign each of them their courses in the appropriate language, so a foreign worker receives training in their native language and you can be sure that the familiarisation is both clear and demonstrable. We take care of the assignment and the language versions for you.

An instructed person under § 20 of Decree No. 508/2009 Coll. is a person without electrotechnical education who may operate or work on electrical equipment if they have been demonstrably familiarised with the activity on the equipment and with first aid for electric-shock injuries. We also offer this familiarisation as an online course with a test and a certificate.
