  • proper handling of records and documents
  • preparation and approval of the registry plan and regulations by the State Archive (for category I and II originators)
  • establishment of a registry center and maintenance of a registry journal
  • regular disposal of documents every 5 years (documents of permanent value are transferred to the State Archive)
